Must I register to listen to the Music of Your Life audio stream?
Yes. We provide the highest possible audio stream available on the Internet for free at a significant cost to the network. It's very helpful for us to know where our listeners are located and how to reach you.
What about my privacy?
First, note that we are not requiring highly confidential info. Only the basics, city, state, zip, country, email. Second, we will never sell or offer your personal information to anyone. We may from time to time send you email with information about the network and special offers on products you may be interested in. If you do not wish to be on this email list, simply let us know and we'll take you off the list.
What if I've forgotten my username or password?
Many people have registered quite some time ago and have not needed their login information. The easiest thing for you to do is simply re-register.
What if I'm still having trouble registering or logging-in?
There's a known issue with some versions of Internet Explorer, especially Version 8 with Vista. We highly recommend switching your browser to www.firefox.com, a much more stable and secure browser. If you insist on IE, you may try dumping your cache, restarting IE and attempt your login again.

How do I know which audio player I have on my computer?
If you have a Mac computer, click on the iTunes icon (image of a cd). If you have a PC, try the first round multi-colored icon (Windows Media Player).
What do I do after I've clicked on the appropriate icon?
The audio player will open automatically and begin playing.
Internet Issues:
The audio stream on the Internet isn't working...can't hear the show!
We rely on vendors to deliver MYL to your computer just as you rely on the phone company, cable company, etc. to provide you with Internet access. Occasionally, our Internet service goes down and therefore, the audio feed is disrupted. The Internet, in all its wonder, is still (currently) dependent upon old-fashioned technology using small copper wires to deliver the service and this is not without flaws. We strive to deliver to you the best Internet audio current technology has to offer. If the Internet audio goes down, please be patient, we'll bring it back up as soon as possible.
iPhone / Blackberry / Wireless Device Issues:
How do I listen to MYL on my wireless device?
The best service for this application is AT&T Wireless. Their wireless network is well-suited for streaming high-quality audio programs. Although, depending on your location, the other wireless carriers may also deliver a high quality stream as well.
UPDATE: T-Mobile has recently added the new BlackBerry Curve 8900, which streams audio very well. Also, Verizon Wireless has recently added their BlackBerry Storm which also works very well.
These new Mini-Computers with built-in wireless from HP/Verizon and Acer/AT&T, although larger than a hand-held device, work very well for streaming audio and general wireless connectivity around the US.
Why can't I access Music of Your Life audio through your website on my Smartphone?
Smartphones do not support direct links via websites. You must first download a small application to your device to access the MYL audio stream.
What application do you recommend for listening to MYL on my Smartphone?
We use an application from Flycast. www.flycast.fm works flawlessly on the iPhone, Blackberry, G1 and other devices with a high-speed wireless data plan.
CAUTION! We highly recommend that you have an unlimited wireless data plan to stream audio on your Smartphone! Otherwise, you'll be hit with very high data charges. Contact your wireless carrier for more information.

Once you've downloaded Flycast onto your device, go to: Genres > Oldies > Music of Your Life
